RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy and satisfied with our product. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, and labels attached.

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at liveagainbastrop@gmail.com. You will receive detailed instructions from us on how to return the product or arrange for replacement.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of the returned good(s), we will fully examine and notify you via e-mail. If you are entitled to a refund or a replacement, we will replace the good(s) or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you and shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

DELIVERY TIME

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday thru Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or large orders. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Sales tax is charged according to Bastrop, TX Tax Rate.
